We collect from your business and return your laundry on the schedule we agree. Every account is set up with a named contact at the shop, so you always know who is handling your order.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. There are no long term contracts or commitments. You can order weekly, bi-weekly, or only when you need us.

How is commercial pricing worked out?

Commercial accounts are quoted per pound or per item by volume, so the $30 consumer pickup minimum does not apply. Once your rate is agreed it is saved to your account, and you and your staff see your price rather than the retail price every time you order. The retail list is on the services page.

How do I know my items came back?

Every bag in your order is barcoded and scanned at each stage, so each bag is tracked from pickup through to delivery. Our liability terms are set out on our Terms & Policies page.

Can more than one person on my staff place orders?

Yes. Your business runs on one account with your agreed rate and your saved preferences, so whoever is on shift can request a pickup.

Do you cover my part of Brooklyn?
