What is wash and fold?
Wash and fold — also called fluff and fold — is laundry priced by the pound. You drop the clothes off or we pick them up, and our staff sorts, washes, dries and neatly folds everything for you. Nothing is charged per garment.
Can I drop off laundry at any hour?
Our laundromat at 39 Neptune Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11235 is open 24/7, so clothes can be dropped off and picked up any time. There is free parking, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and staff on site.
Is there a minimum order?
Pickup and delivery orders have a $30 minimum. Self-service drop-off at the store has a $12 minimum. Current per-pound pricing is on the services page.
Can you follow my detergent and drying preferences?
Yes. Tell us what you want when you place the order — hypoallergenic, premium, allergy-free or kids-safe detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach, OxiClean stain treatment, hang dry, or wash separately. Your preferences are saved for next time.
Do you separate delicates?
Yes. We sort your clothing before washing — lights from darks, underwear from socks — and lingerie is separated as standard. If an item needs special handling, add it to the order instructions and our staff will follow them.
How do I get $10 off my first order?
The $10 welcome credit is available in the Laundry King app only. Download the app, place your first order and add a credit card to receive the credit. It is not available for website orders.
Do you also do dry cleaning and shirts?
Yes. Wash & Press handles shirts on a hanger or folded in a box, and dry cleaning covers suits, coats, dresses and specialty items. All of it can go on the same pickup — see the full price list.
